Decently good food. Unhealthy comfort food. Good for late weekend nights. First time I ordered, everything was perfect and maybe took 25-30min. Looked like a manager delivered the food. The last three times, the order, every time, has been wrong, or they forgot sides. Delivery was 2-3x longer (around an hour), and the delivery person keeps getting lost in my building. (it's not a hard building) Their delivery sucks. So I quit ordering. Seems like most people feel this way.

Not enough ketchup for the fries. The milk shake was missing a straw. Hot dogs were good, fries were plentiful and the milk share was very good.

We really wanted to like this place, but they do everything they can to make that not the case. Our last delivery was over 20 minutes late, and once we opened the bag we found that some of the items we ordered and paid for were missing. We called and they said they'd send the remainder out immediately. Never arrived. Forgave many mistakes in the past, but we're done with this place.

The berry pancakes were delicious! Very large portion size so I came no where near finishing. The delivery was a bit slow - I had to wait almost an hour for my food.

The hangover helper is AMAZING. Besides this, the restaurant has a great amount of variety. It is a little expensive, but Big Daddy's is definitely worth it once in a while as a special treat! The grilled cheese is very good and different from what you are probably used to.

Awful! I put in a special request for no secret sauce on a turkey burger, also asked for swiss cheese to be added, which costed extra. Food arrived cold, the turkey burger was smothered in special sauce and there was no cheese on the burger, which i had been charged extra for. Also the diet coke I ordered was in a plastic cup with a lid that spilt all over the bag. This was not the first time they got my order wrong. Never ordering from here again.

I love this place. Everything they deliver is fresh, hot and usually early. Also, I'm constantly surprised by how big the portions are! The grilled chicken strips are really good. Not dry and over cooked, like most. Also, the sweet potato tots are a revelation...but be careful when you order cuz they'll give you enough tots for at least 3 people.

Waited one hour and 27 minutes for a terrible and cole burger that didn't come with the promised cole slaw and pickle. Second time delivery order was placed - second time there was a problem. Never again. Surprisingly owed by the same people as Duke's where I've never had an issue. Forget it.

I ordered a burger without cheese and on line order confirmed that and the amount. When it arrived I received a cheeseburger and the charge amount was changed so that I was charged a higher amount for a mistake that I did not make. I don't like the idea that what I order and what I receive, and what I agree to be charged, and what actually get charged, may not match.

I've been ordering from Big Daddy's for well over a year until today, even giving them a glowing review. One of my go to orders is Jr. Burgers which until recently was a regular menu item that came with fries or tater tots for a great price - ten bucks. Big Daddy's decided to jack the price up by moving them to the appetizers, removing the side order, so if you want the exact same food as three days ago, it's now $15 instead of $10 - fries are $5. How did I find out? Not because the menu on Seamlessweb said so, but when the restaurant called me to say that Seamlessweb made a mistake and if I wanted my food to include the fries I'd have to pay $5 more. Despite telling not one but 2 people that it wasn't my mistake that their menu was incorrect, they still insisted that if I wanted french fries with my mini burgers, it would be $5 more. Shame that they don't get the power of posting reviews. I easily USED to order from this place at least once a week. Done.

Ummm.... yeah, never ate at the place but have ordered delivery several times. I want it to be tasty and delicious so badly, but it never is. One time they covered my turkery burger in cheese (I asked for no cheese) and when i peeled off the cheddar a completely burnt patty appeared but oddly it was cold... What weren't cold were the shakes I ordered. Yummy milky juice... I think the reason I had such high expectations were the high prices... This place is a rip off go someplace else.

I ordered a burger and a side of bacon. The bacon was priced at $4. When it came, it was literally three small strips of bacon. I was extremely dissappointed at the lack of value. it is as if this vendor is taking advantage of the relative price insensitivity of the seamless web clientele - A rip off. I will never order from this restaurant again. $20 for a burger with bacon is an absolute disgrace.

Don't bother ordering from them. Our last 4 (count them 4!) orders were either missing a side or had a substitution. Called the manager (Havi) after the 4th time (this particular time our order was missing all of the sides (like coleslaw, pickle, etc). First he said they ran out of coleslaw and pickles. LOL. Then he said our order specifically said "no sides"....pretty ridiculous when I'm looking right at the order on seamless and it said no such thing. When telling him about the prior mix-ups, he had lots of excuses and didn't offer us anything for the trouble. They either don't pay any attention to their delivery orders or they're saving some money by skipping things. Go elsewhere if you're looking to get what you actually ordered.

The food is great, but delivery is ridiculously slow. Orders are quoted at 45min - 1 hour, yet consistently are later than that, and food is cold on arrival. Just not worth the wait.

I like the food and the menu at Big Daddy's, but the delivery service needs a lot improvement. You wait at least an hour for your order to arrive and when it does, it is always cold and all the food in the container is thrown around. Also, for the prices the portions tend to be small. I ordered a side of toast for $2.23 and they gave me just one piece of bread. Stingy!!

The food is great. Delivery is terrible. They've lost my order several times. I'm currently on hour 3 of my wait for food from there tonight--even though they assured me an hour ago that my food was "going out the door now."

Food is great, delivery is consistently sloppy. Maybe the bags are too big, but everything's always tossed around and spilled by the time it reaches me. Repeatedly, that is, not just one single bad experience.

I've only had the Ruben - it was passable (and only slightly). The corned beef was mostly fat, and they forgot the dressing that is served with it. Also, they include 3 or 4 slices of bread, so it's more like a bread sandwich than anything else. I'll try something else, but if it sucks too, I'll not order here again.
